pay attention, a voter must apply for an absentee ballot. That is not the problem to which the president refers.

People too stupid to know what court packing is, for example, won’t understand the difference.

The president has made clear the distinction many times. But some are too stupid to comprehend and some choose to ignore the clear difference in order to lie and whine about it.
