The numbers of current infections are decreasing and reported deaths come in far less than 1% of those tested positive for china virus. Buchanan County, the site of the only major hospital in the area listed only about 45 deaths. To be certain, some old folks in nursing homes have died when the virus was brought in by family and workers. China virus doesn't appear to be any more of a threat to public health than common influenza.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
