Historically, we've been a diamond in the rough program. That was starting to change. It's hard to be an up and down program and win those 4+ star battles. Remember when Odom heavily recruited those St. Louis kids who did not come? Haven't said it in quite a while but winning is recruiting and recruiting is winning. He wasn't able to make that happen to where he could really improve it. And I'm happy each of those guys is or was a Tiger.
The positive I can say to Odom's recruiting is that when everyone was preparing themselves for how bad this program was going to be this year I saw a team that was good last year for the most part except for the QB and that there was something to work with for Coach D that he could do better with. Hell of a run-on there but it's the spoken voice, not the written word.
And coach, glad to see you're posting more again. Always glad to hear your opinion on all things Mizzou.
