So how does Festus in this day and age get to use a straight up copy of Mizzou's uniform? Do they pay a fee to MU? Even the helmet stripes has been updated.

I thought Willard went thru something similar years ago. The Festus rape story has been all over the news in STL. I can't see MU being happy with a pic of a rapist in their jersey, let alone one that isn't even a MU student.

Yes - most reasonable people can separate the two, but that pic alone will get around without context then all bets are off...a casual look and you'd never know the difference.

Again, in this day and age I'm just surprised they are allowed to do so. Schools are so protective of image and branding these days, to prevent things just like this.
