The FBI has the laptop in question and they do not believe there is any Russian or foreign disruption element to the story.
What we don't know is where this leaves Hunter and Joe from a legal liability standpoint. Doesn't look great for Hunter based on what we have heard. Feasible that certain info could implicate Joe if he was dirty in any of this. I am skeptical as always those in power will ever face the true consequences for any wrong doing they do. I guess we will see - and one would think relatively soon.
