1. If the act itself happened in China with Chinese girls then US would have no jurisdiction.

2. If the act itself happened in the US with Chinese girls, the US would have jurisdiction.

3. Regardless of where the act occurred, if the laptop contained pornographic images of underage girls, regardless of their nationality, wouldn't that be something under US jurisdiction if the laptop is being possessed in the US?
