black race and human race to be two different things, when actually one is a subset of the other. It basically says blacks aren't human. While I doubt that was the original intent of the OP, that's the way it comes across.
It is also presumes BLM wants to be elevated above and at the expense of the rest of the human race. This may be the wish for some certain individuals, but the BLM movement is trying to say that "black lives matter, too", and not "only black lives matter". Black lives clearly have had less value in the past, and even today that has shown to be true.
I call the post ignorant; others might call it inartful or poorly worded. Either way, it's dumb.
