I have much doubt . Very much doubt.

It would be a win win for repubs if they did not overturn it though.
1) they maintain the carrot they have been dangling since 1972
2) they would then have free reign to legislate from the bench like nobodys business while pointing to Roe v Wade to show how fair they are and abide by the law

I think we will know shortly (as in the next year or so)
