Autopsy showed he had enough fentanyl in him to hamper his breathing, cause cardiac arrest and kill him. But far left BM (Big Media) Nooz just mentioned it in passing. Their narrative belabored the cop's knee on the side of his neck. And one body cam video HD him saying he couldn't breathe while he was sitting up alongside the patrol car. BM Nooz had its narrative and chose to ignore anything that contradicted it.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
