ballots have procedures in place to assure that the mailed in ballots are not repeats of in person ballots?

If they get a mail in and in person from the same voter which is thrown out? Both?

There should never be a ballot mailed out unless it was requested by a registered voter.

In their rush to make this happen will it wind up being a net positive or negative for the Dems? How many people will have their ballots rejected because they were unable to follow the correct procedures?

There was no need for Mass mailing. Absentee and early voting could have addressed any health concerns. This was never about health concerns it was simply a doorway to less secure elections, something Dems have been fighting for forever.
