but their cases are blowing up in a lot of spots, which is causing more dumb panic lockdowns.

Before long India will pass the US in total cases. Several countries in South and central America are getting hit hard.

All the lockdowns are doing is delaying the inevitable breakout. Most countries are doing better with death rate as we learn more about the virus, who is vulnerable, and have better therapeutics. So why lock down again just because of cases?
