slowed the infection down so damn much we also took our economy with it. We also killed an unknown number of people from suicide, health diagnoses that were unperformed, domestic abuse...etc.
You use your head; I look at the (suspect/faulty) statistics on my state and county's websites every day...this thing is barely touching anyone now and needs to be allowed to make it's final blitz through the population and let's get on with our lives. Otherwise, what's the end game? When do we get to resume using normal menus, silverware? Normal capacity at restaurants so they can stay in business? 0 cases? Is that the goal? If not, what is it?
Faith in people is irrelevant. What matters is individual liberty...if a business doesn't require then protections you desire, the DON'T GO!
HIV is a red-herring that doesn't bear on this discussion.
