They see judges, not as a means to validate legality and or constitutionality, but as a means of supporting political and social ideology when the laws don’t fit their view of the world. Again, it’s the basic laziness of liberals who don’t want to go through the hard work of convincing the majority of citizens and passing laws, but use the judicial system to do the work for them.
