Second - it is playing expectations. Like the first debate - when Biden wasn't completely incoherent and drooling like the fat Donnie campaign and this board predicted, Biden's OK peformance seemed a huge win.
Same thing at play here - DLB campaign expecting to draw huge ratings compared to Biden (and should, since Biden's is on 1 channel and fat Donnie's spread onto multiple channels).
If fat Donnie doesn't crush Biden in the ratings, though - another fat Donnie failure
