We know there have been legal cases involving at work or cyber bullying between actual people.

Does the anonymity of the internet, afford protection to the bullier? If you suggest someone kill themselves, they do and make clear in some communication, they did it because of a poster's suggestion, does that poster and/or the board owner have a liabilty issue? IDK
