Both Joe and Barack are sitting there watching Hillary rake in foreign cash over the course of Obama's two terms. At some point they figured they might as well get there's too. Barrack filled his pockets in kickbacks from the Iran deal. Biden got most of his from China, but the Ukraine payoff was better documented and leaked.
