Schwartz hasn't even had a chance to read the details of the indictment. And a change of venue is not guaranteed, so he's wanting to collect evidence post-indictment to see whether he can present enough evidence that they'll be unable to get a fair trial before he files his motion.

Schwartz is top notch. Right up there with the best in the city for criminal defense.

What was not so smart is that much of the attention received by the McCloskeys was self-inducted via cable news appearances, they appeared at the RNC. So he'll have to weight that as well.
