I'm not even defending them I'm just saying that campaign promises aren't lies till they make them so.

And Biden SHOULD ban fracking
and maybe Biden is going to change it so he repeals
the tax cut only for those making over 400K. Again it does not become a lie till it happens.

You might rightly question their honesty in promesing
something you don't believe they will deliever on.

But I really don't think Biden will ban fracking
