In the one picture, she's holding a gun. Is it a felony to hold a gun? In the other photo, she's near her boyfriend holding a gun without any assistance from her. Assuming he's somehow committing the felony, how is she assisting him?

I get your broader point that it goes against the mainstream narrative that she's a nurse who didn't deserve what happened to her, but does it really?
