1. People should wear masks.
2. COVID is something to be respected and even feared.
3. Congress should pass and Trump should sign a $2 trillion stimulus package.
In the past 24 hours Trump has spit in the face of the American people on all 3 of those issues. He had an easy opportunity, a layup, to score huge political points and win over swing voters, but he is too narcissistic and megalomaniacal to do it.
He is going to get slaughtered in the upcoming election. He knows it and he no longer cares. His new goal is to do as much damage as possible to the country before leaving office, so that he can crow about how President Biden couldn't pull us out of the whole that Trump dug.
Our country is really screwed.
