Biden endorsed and adopted Sanders' "Medicare for All" proposal

Medicare for All was costed out by various Washington Think Tanks. The conclusion was that its additional cast would be equal to the current total Federal budget. That is the current federal expenditures of about 3.4 trillion will have to double to roughly 6.8 trillion a year if Medicare for All is adopted.
