product. Your coworker is at a conference. He gets drunk, starts talking about this product. He is unwisely telling it to a developer at a large corporation.

That developer goes back. Rushes the product to the market before your company does as they have a larger staff and bigger budget.

Your company goes under. Everyone loses their job.
