that was completely false by a pregnant lady sent in by her mother to get a refund on something that was not in any way the fault of my store or the manufacturer.

She said the staff was rude and unfair. I was in the office and heard my staff talking with her and had no idea there was any issue, then got the email later that day saying we got a bad Google review.

People are f*cking whiny childish idiots if they don't get their way.
