couldn’t care less about winning the 2020 Presidential election. When Biden says Trump is abusing his power to appoint the next SCOTUS rep he and his party are admitting they are governing outside the constitution of the United States and more or less making the rules up as they go.
Look at the Dem party over the lest 4 years. They have done everything within and above their power to compete and posture themselves as superior to Trump administration. Law of the land be damed, constitution of the United States be damed, power of authority be damed. To them, The POTUS position is nothing more than a hood ornament anyway.
