order to file a claim. She said there was a hail event back in March and one last September. One of my red flags was she said "Sept 27th"..... which would give me 3 days to file a claim. That is pretty convenient. She also said my neighbor just filed a claim and was approved. They JUST went to their house....they are Asian...and speak ZERO English and it was after working hours.

She was cute though.
