body camera or they didn't turn them on? There have been pictures showing at least one of the officers wearing one.

I would think body cameras were made for situations just like this.

1. If no body camera was worn...why? Who made that decision.

2. If one or more were wearing a body camera where is the footage, if they didn't turn them on...why didn't they?
