The judge in the OP did not do that. He merely put a law that has been on the books for years on hold for THIS election and allowed the law to resume next election.

He did not say the law was Unconstitutional.. just one he didn't like for THIS election.

Even if I give you that one, the liberal justices have overturned laws 20-1 over conservative justices
