are incapable of piecing it together without someone holding your hand, is that it is very possible that the SC could be called on to decide important issues in the 2020 election. That possibility being out there means having a full court should be paramount.

Do we really want our election results going to the SC and the result being a possible 4-4 tie with no decision?
