do you think Redfield does not KNOW how vaccine production, distribution and implementation works?

Fauci works for NIAID, part of NIH, a division of HHS. None of those are involved in the approval, production, distribution or implementation of vaccines. So, that means NONE of the EXPERTs know timelines for these?
