Those schools get higher rated QBs than Lock all the time, and how many QBs do they have starting in the league? Texas and Bama have none. Lock wouldn't have seen the field until junior year at the earliest at those schools, he got to start as a freshman at Mizzou. He might not have made the NFL without the opportunities he got at Mizzou
