By my assessment of the 3 he's been in charge CM has had 1 disappointing season and that was this last year. They should have been and finished better. Even then we'll never know how it would have really ended since everything shut down. His 1st season went well. They finished about where they were predicted even without their best player. The 2nd went about like it should considering you lose your best player, who the team was being built around, to injury early and arguably the 2nd best player midway the season. That's what makes this a pivotal year. Not for the coaches job but for the progress of his program.
