For those that saw him play, what made him dominant?

I understand he was a good rebounder, but what traits of his offensive game allowed him to score so many points? Effective back-to-the basket moves? Accurate mid-range game? Lots of free throw points? Scoring off offensive rebounds? Ability to get out and run on the break for layups?

Just curious.
