Qualifications and accomplishments are way overvalued.
Much like we needed a wise latina on the supreme court, we need to ensure that every group, every color, every nut bag organization is represented in the highest levels of every occupation in america.
And awards should be given based partly on merit but mostly on diversity guidelines. Standards will need to be lowered. And that of course is a good thing.
It will make destroying the nation so much easier.
