professional criminal organizations made up of actual criminals.

Don't equate the product: chaos and destruction with the running of the organization itself.

It's actually quite difficult to destroy the inner cities with the same small group, night after night for 100 days.

That takes incredible discipline, organization and planning.

And it's not just the bearded, shirtless, sling-shot armed felons in the blue-tarp tent towns doing this, they have many friends in high places pulling strings and keeping them in the fight.

It's quite an impressive organization actually...
