already hit, I don't see how this is even possible unless we intentionally spread the virus into other urban areas and nursing homes. I'd say the virus is simply running out of population to attack.

Even if daily deaths stay at or just above 1K nationally, which is highly unlikely looking at the trends, it would take until the end of March to double the current deaths.
