ive got a good formula with Psyllium, Ground flax and bentonite clay. I take it with apple cider vinegar and lemon juice {and water}

Coffee enemas are a great idea too

Gut health is of primary importance as that is where yer immune response is up and running or not

Most people are polluted with Candida
