mental condition or her drug-induced state, she is impervious to the taser. So know she's closed the distance with a knife and you see how in the excitement, the first 2 shots from the female officer went wild.
So know she's close enough to do some real damage with that knife.
Had an FTO go into a basement to deal with a crazy lady and she jumped out from behind a water heater and stabbed him with a BBQ fork. Vest stopped the stabbing and he punched her right in the forehead to hard he knocked her the fvck out.
