seen a shovel prior to showing up for work that day. 3 of them stood around taking turns poking the ground with it. ****ing incredible. eventually a guy came by in a truck and sent them down the street to pick up debris or something while he took a trench cutter and zipped through the yard in 5 minutes.

pretty sure part of the subcontractor's requirements were they had to check some demographic boxes on who they hired in order to win the bid.
