10% never get delivered or are delivered too late
(as lying Spanked has learned half a dozen times)

Then another 10% get tossed out for a number of reasons
(including attempts to cheat- no doubt)

Then another 1-2% get tossed out when challenged (almost exculsively a republican thing)

While incredibly stupid to suggest Dems will steal the election this way, Trump realizes he will lose the mail in portion of the show so it will play to his unbelievably stupid and dishonest debased, like you.
