the police statement is essentially he dropped a gun with the clothing so they opened fire on him?
the statement pointedly says it dropped and they opened fire , not that he reached for it.
But in typical BLM style justice is not cared for , nor given time to proceed.
Those that set out the tweets should be held accountable for all subsequent damages, deaths etc
