An illegal voter is:
1) a felon who has not had his right to vote reinstated.
2) a non-citizen who is a legal resident
3) People who register in multiple locations and vote in the same election in more than one jurisdiction or state.
4) People who use a phony name/address to register to vote
5) People who vote in the name of other legitimate voters or in the name of voters who have died, moved away, or are felons in prison but remained registered.
