The issue is that Trump would female dog slap Biden...it's Better for Biden to dodge Trump and hope the independents and undecided liberals don't see his lack of ability. His Best hope is to hide and Let Trumps idiotic mouth or twitter fingers continue to Turn off those potential voters.

It's a pretty good strategy and Biden's only hope.
