in his defense is that he feared the mob and the shooting was in self defense...then if I were present and carrying could I shoot his ass dead in the street and claim I was in fear of my life because he was carrying a gun and acting unhinged?
As a side note, got to love the fat dude in his mom's basement saying we need to pray for peace and go shoot some fockers up.
