because he knows they are going to kill people and the vast majority of the people who will gladly take the vaccine are LIBERALS.
If the vaccine comes out now, a mere five months after the virus appeared, Liberals will either be sick or dead by Nov 3.
On the other hand, most Trump supporters won't take the vaccine thus creating the biggest landslide in the history of the election for President of United States, while also making tracks towards world population goals.
So Trump is the next Adolf Hitler, attempting to commit genocide against the new Jews, the liberals, while solidifying power in his White Supremacist base.
