reputation when it compiles its billionaire's list. There's no attempt to value assets and liabilities of these companies or indivs. They have no intelligence - no experience - no independent business sources when attempting to value net worth. It's just a glorified celebrity list - with a sole purpose of selling as many magazines as it can.
