The ‘fact checks’ actually say the Dems DID omit ‘under God’

but then say the statement is false because:
Snopes: the DNC has no official policy omitting ‘under God’ ... but at least 2 groups did. Note: Trump did not say it was an official DNC policy
Politifact: at least 2 groups omitted the phrase but the DNC did not omit it on prime time TV when people were watching
Note: Trump did not limit the omission to primetime television broadcast of the convention
In short, the fact checks checked some thing Trump did not say and had to bend over backwards in order to somehow stretch it into being untrue
