wars, but where has he really reduced?
The overall military budget is up, and he is asking for more. He assassinated a member of an opposing government. He has gone to get others to contribute more to NATO, but not reduced USA contribution's to NATO, nor even worked to reduce the scope of NATO.
He continues to vastly interfere with Middle East, and who knows with China as he is doing military exercises there.
I'd call it a wash on criminal justice reform, because very little has been done in that area. The entire DC complex which started with a lot of promises after MPLS has basically stalled out.and the top of both parties are now just sounding off stupid rhetoric on both sides.
