my question is, in 8 years to help with racial injustice/systemic racism we keep hearing about, what did he do? Why did no police reforms happen when he was president? What did he do to help his hometown of Chicago and other democratic run cities to improve?

What specifically did the Obama/Biden ticket do to help minorities in their 8 years in office?
