course this could never happen if the election were about 1,000 times larger. There would be no fraud in a nationwide mail in election.
And before raskputin and his group of partisans say that the corruption was caught and punished, that is how the system is supposed to work, what if the national election took the same path? And weeks after the vote, the election had to be re held and no winner could be declared for months after the initial election.
