political gain. That's why it is a partisan issue.

I understand the left is using this death as an example to drive the change they want. But isolating that and just talking about this one instance, why is it partisan? So far, the answer I've gotten is the left is using it so we don't care about her death or justice so we'll just use responses like "who cares?" or "what about other vandalism" or dumb responses like that. It just doesn't make any sense.
